Physical Products (Books & Journals)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
   

Digital Products

​

All digital products (e.g., downloadable journals, templates, and PDFs) are non-refundable due to their instant delivery format.

Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
